I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

Pros: Star lodge was exceptional. The location, the food, the staff the activities. It was a 10/10 experience from start to finish. A special thanks to Bryan and Alan for being so welcoming & helpful throughout. Would strongly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay in Starlodge for a unique experience

Pros: My stay at Starlodge was one of the most magnificent and memorable experiences. The food was amazing, adding a delightful touch to the exceptional stay. Our host Bryan provided excellent hospitality, making our stay truly exceptional. His warm and attentive service added a personal touch, ensuring we felt welcome and well cared for throughout our visit. Bryan's dedication greatly contributed to the overall positive experience.

Pros: I loved the unique experience of a cliff side hotel experience. It was a one in a lifetime experience everyone should try if in Cusco/ Sacred Valley area! The hot tub was an extremely nice touch to disguise the fact that you are on a cliff! employees were friendly and fun! Food was served amazingly by the porters and friendly attitude.

Cons: Nothing, it was amazing, If I were to knit pick, the hot tub water was a bit too hot, but other than that, the experience was amazing.

Pros: Everything was fantastic! Highly highly recommend. Just the experience of basically glamping on the side of a beautiful mountain was great but the guides really took it to the next level. They were so friendly and welcoming and they made sure we were comfortable at every step. The hot tub after a day of being active was unbelievable, again the guides went above and beyond in making that experience exceptional setting up the wood tub for us. The dining experiences were the same, we were really spoiled and the food was delicious.

Cons: No complaints at all.

Amazing adventurous stay- once in a lifetime opportunity

Cons: Too expensive but that is my only complaint ! Everything else was great!

Pros: The experience is awesome, and safe. Staff is nice. Food is great. Once of a lifetime. Going out of the capsule last night time to just lie down and watch the stars is amazing. I chose the highest capsule. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to choose it if you have the chance to! I was surprised that in July there were only 2 capsules booked out of 6, which made the experience more intimate, as we had the whole place for only 3 people.

Cons: If check-in time could be at least 1 or 2 hours earlier would have been so valuable. Pick up at downtown Cusco was 2pm, which means I got into the capsule almost at 5pm, to stay less than 20 minutes because I needed to rush to the bath tubs (there are fixed hours in the whole experience) and go back to the capsule just after dinner (8-9PM). Leaving the capsule is arranged at 7am for the next morning. This means you literally just sleep up there. Having some spare time in day time would make the experience 1000% perfect. I think that for the price of the experience pickup in downtown should be 12 or 1pm maximum, in order to have a couple of more hours in the capsule by day time.

Pros: Experiência incrível! Os ofurôs e a cápsula bem estruturados! Os funcionários foram bem atenciosos.

Cons: Na verdade gostamos de tudo, mas é importante ressaltar que para as pessoas que não possuem experiência em escalada e altura pode ser um pouco difícil a subida até a cápsula.

Pros: Perfeito!!! É uma experiência que todos deveriam ter a oportunidade de vivenciar! Acomodações super confortáveis, tudo limpinho, tem muitos cobertores. O Starlodge não tem dificuldade nenhuma para subir, os funcionários são maravilhosos, desde a busca no hotel até o check-out. É o céu mais lindo do mundo!
