star gazing heaven
Pros: It was a bit of a journey to get there, but when we arrived, it was truly breathtaking We were met by the very friendly staff and taken up to our truly amazing dome with views that went for ever truly an amazing setting not for the faint hearted do need a bit of fitness the climb takes it out of you but when you arrive words can describe the beauty and tranquillity breathtaking an experience of a lifetime thanks to the staff for a mind blowing experience Wow

Must-do when you are in Peru
Pros: Overall, it was an amazing experience from the beginning until the end. Helpful and friendly staff, knowledgeable about the history of Peru. Great food, magnificent views. Getting to the capsule is an experience of its own. And the capsule itself - I wouldn't believe you could fit so many things there before I saw it myself. 10/10

UNBELIEVABLE EXPERIENCE
Pros: Such a unique experience. It is so beautiful. I love the pods but i prefer the domes as it’s more relaxing whereas the pods are more thrilling. If you go here it is worth staying one night in each.
Cons: The food was not the best and it was a bit pricey.

INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE
Pros: The most incredible place I have ever stayed at. The views are breathtaking and the staff are so lovely.
Cons: I wasn’t a huge fan of the food and it is quite expensive

Pros: The room on the side of the cliff was amazing. The view was incredible. Being surrounded by the stars and sky was a great experience.
Cons: However, overall there didn't seem like there was enough staff for everyone that was staying there so everything took a long time to happen. They picked us up anout 40 minutes late, dinner came about 45 minutes late, and so on. The people working there were very nice and friendly and we didn't mind that much but it just seemed a little unorganized.

Pros: The staff are lovely and very welcoming. The food was also really good.
Cons: My dome didn’t have hot water at the sink and the sink itself was tiny. There was also no drinking water in the room.

Great, unique experience!
Pros: What a great experience! We were choosing between Vertical Sky Suites and another capsule hotel which was twice the cost and are glad we chose Vertical Sky Suites. They exceeded our expectations from the warmth of the staff and the excellent meals at the restaurant to the ultra-cool capsule suite. It was bigger than what we expected, and it was soooo nice to take a bath in the spa tub while looking out at the mountains. At night we hung out on the deck above the capsule and had amazing views of the stars. Also, they have regular flushing toilets inside the capsule, yay! It's an adventure getting to the capsule as you have a harness and are walking along a narrow path down to the capsule but it was great! I never felt unsafe. The views of the mountains and the valley are amazing. Better than the other hotel in my opinion.
Cons: The only minor thing was that opening the windows in the capsule takes a bit of muscle! You have to push it all the way open for it to stay open. However, it was so nice to even have windows to have fresh air.
