Pros: Comfortable room with a powerful and hot shower. Breakfast was great and one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in Peru, and we also got a packed breakfast when we had an early start one morning. The hostel let us store our bags for free when arriving early and after checking out which was a real help. Hostel is well located for exploring all the town has to offer and a good base for excursions further afield.

Cons: Could have done with some side lights by the bed and there wasn't many plug sockets

Feels at home

Pros: Very friendly owners and very welcoming. They love what they do and try to make their guest at ease. It feels like being at home. The room are nicely decorated and comfy. Good breakfast as well.

Cons: Sounds insulation is not good but it wasnt a major issue for us. The streets are quiet. It would only be a problem if you have noisy room neigbours

Pros: We stayed two nights at Quechuas Lodge with our kids (7 & 9 years). Its really nice to sleep to the sound of the river. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great and they even made our kids’ pancake wish come true – such lovely and thoughtful hosts!

Amazing stay

Pros: Amazing Accommodation! My room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. I only got the bread but they have fruit salad, eggs and coffee. The view was incredible too. I could see the archaeological site from my window. It’s only a 7min walk to the plaza so that means it’s quiet compared to the center. Very friendly owners and staff i felt really welcome here. Would 100% recommend this place to solo travelers and people travelling in group!

Pros: Lovely family run hotel just out of the centre of Ollantaytambo. The room was comfortable and breakfast was substantial. What made this hotel exceptional is the hosts Edith and Stan, you will not find a warmer welcome anywhere on your travels. Edith was so helpful arranging a transfer from Cusco airport, sorting out a tuk tuk to take us to the rail station, and arranging a return to Cusco and somewhere to store our bags while we looked around. We were only here a few days but felt like we were staying with friends. Superb.

Cons: N/A

Pros: The room was what we expected, sufficiently clean and big with a great view. The breakfast was excellent, all freshly prepared and a lot of fruit from their own garden. Even the coffee they had grown themselves. The owners were incredibly nice and chatty. Upon departure they even shared some chocolate from their own garden with us.

Cons: Cleanliness could maybe have improved slightly. There were several insects in the bathroom when we arrived. Also the check-in was a little bit messy and they didn't seem to be too aware of our booking initially.

Pros: Nice friendly staff, a comfy bed, a good breakfast.

Cons: The accommodation is listed as having a balcony. It's not a balcony. It's an outdoor corridor that leads to rooms. There are no seats to use and even if there was there wouldn't be the room. Bathroom drains were smelly. Plug points in very odd places....one 5 foot off the ground another in the middle of your pillows.

Great stay, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful owners.

Pros: Very pleasant stay in a quiet location of Ollantaytambo but close to the historical site, main quare and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. Edith and Stijn are very friendly, warm and helpful.
