Pros: The receptionists were very helpful and will help You to solve any issue. They will also prepare You some snack if You have an excursion and need to leave early in the morning. The bed is very comfortable.

Cons: The breakfast was very simple and there was no warm dish for breakfast, that should definately be improved.

Homely accommodation right near centre of Cusco

Pros: Such such wonderful staff. Was our home away from home for 3 separate stays as we toured Cusco and surrounds. Hotel was centrally located, rooms comfy and staff were super helpful with luggage and making sure we got to all our tours easily.

Absolute pleasure to stay here

Pros: The property is located about a 4 minute walk from the main square so practically in the centre of the city, has to be one of cleanest and comfortable properties I have ever stayed in, quiet, modern and so comfortable. The staff are amazing and so friendly and welcoming, the Manager is also welcoming and approachable willing to assist with any questions or concerns, an absolute credit to the business. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay while in Cusco, A++++++++++++++

Pros: Era cómodo, instalaciones básicas con buena atención de la recepción. Tiene buen ubicación y cerca de la plaza de armas. Tiene agua caliente la ducha y ofrecen servicio de infusiones 24/7 en recepción.

Pros: Fomos muito bem recebidos e gostamos bastante da nossa estadia. A equipe é muito atenciosa! Eles preparam lanchinho para quando o tour sai muito cedo. Também tivemos a comodidade de deixar as nossas bagagens quando fomos para Águas Calientes passar uma noite.

Cons: O único contratempo foi uma noite que não tinha água quente para o banho.

Pros: La buena ubicación y el buen trato de los trabajadores en particular de Harold y de la recepcionista. Nos atendieron muy bien, teníamos un tur muy pronto y nos prepararon un picnic para el desayuno.

Cons: Estaría bien si pusieran más variedad de leches, tipo leche sin Lactosa o bebidas Vegetales, aunque no es una queja negativa.
