Excellent Location. Close to the Main Square with Lots of Restaurants.

Pros: Great Location Very close to the Main Square. Big comfortable bed. Clean room with daily service. Hot drinks available 24hrs. Good Breakfast and Lovely Staff. They Stored our Bags while we Visited Machu Picchu.

Cons: The window in the main bedroom is next to a hallway. No noise conplaints but sometimes when you opened it in the evening a lot of food/cooking smells came through.

Pros: The location, ease of getting to major sites around Cusco, and the friendly and helpful staff who were always present and kind to any requests we had. Bed was comfy.

Cons: I think the noise echos a lot and there’s not a lot of soundproofing, so you can hear a lot of things if there’s anyone awake and walking / talking in the hallway or dining room. Not enough hangers / space or places to easily hang clothes.

Excellent, centrally located

Pros: Breakfast was great, staff were lovely, location was awesome, they also stored our luggage for the whole day after we checked out and let us wait for our taxi/clean our teeth and use the toilet when we return to collect our luggage. Beds were also super comfy

Cons: Nothing really. There was a minor language barrier with some staff members with limited English but nothing google translate can’t get you through.

Good location, good hostel

Pros: Excellent location, just a few steps from plaza de Aremas. A small hostal located in the first floor (above ground floor) of an old building. The hostal building is rusty but well maintained. Breakfast was basic but good enough, and the view from the cafeteria was amazing. There is a small space for storing luggage. They allowed us to leave our luggage during two days of trip to Machu Pichu and also for several hours after check out.

Cons: There is no refrigerator in the room. If you are sensitive, you make wake up at night because of noise frome the street. You may be better prepare ear plugs.

Pros: Really great location, lovely staff and we stayed in the little apartment which has basically all we need and a nice view! The bed was huge and very comfy. We stayed both before and after our trek and it was really refreshing :)

Cons: Nothing, except the breakfast was a little bland except for the fresh eggs. Also just a warning for people who are sick or have reduced mobility that you will have to climb some stairs. Not a problem for us but just take your time if you are sick.

Pros: The location is absolutely great. Directly in the heart of Cusco. Also the staff was fabulous - helped with everything we needed.

Cons: Good location also means that’s in the center of Cusco ;-)
