Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful. Although our room was small it was clean and comfortable and we had a great view. We stayed in room 205. The court yard is very well maintained and pretty.

Cons: The buffet breakfast could have had more food options. Not slot of choice.

Very comfortable for a short stay, perfectly placed to explore Cusco

Pros: Location was excellent. Lovely sunny patios. Good breakfast and fabulous staff. Very accommodating and excellent English.

Cons: The bathroom space was a little tight and the tap control was temperamental. No air con.

Beautiful hotel, good location

Pros: The heater in our room was broken, so it was extremely hot in our room. That night they did not solve the issue. The next day, the nice lady at the hotel moved us to another room, where the heater could be turned off.

Cons: The people in the evening shift did not help us!

Pros: Stayed in a superior room. Views over Cusco were amazing. Room was large and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Cons: Some construction/renovations of rooms above ours were occurring, and works started early at 7.30am and didnt finish until 6pm in the evening each day. Ok if you are heading out on a tour in the morning, but not if you want a relax/sleep in.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Highly recommend!

Pros: Cute little yard, very well maintained. The room was very spacious with lots of storage, and you can tell they pay attention to details. The breakfast was exceptional with lots of options and fresh food. The hotel has a good view of the historic centre. However, it is uphill in San Blas but with walking distance to the town centre.

Pros: I loved my stay in the hotel. First and what I liked the most was the staff, they are all incredibly friendly, helpful and kind, they always greeted us with a smile and they were genuinely warm. The hotel in itself is beautiful, a colonial well preserved house, because it was christmas time it was full of decorations, a lot of them made by the staff themselves in recyclable material, very beautiful and creative. The room was spacious and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the view is beautiful Location wise is near all main sites in Cusco, San Blas neighborhood and a lot of good restaurants

Cons: the pedestrain walkways are almost non existent in that street so best to reach the hotel by car
