Pros: Great location near the town square. Friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent location. Room was clean and cosy. Staff were helpful, we could store bags for the days as we were not leaving till that evening.

Cons: Breakfast not great.

Pros: Stayed here twice. First time we had twin bed room, second time a matrimonial bed room. The twin bed room is much larger so definitely opt for that if you can. The matrimonial bed room was very cramped for two people. Otherwise things were fine - clean bathroom with reliable hot water. Good wifi. Basic but reasonable breakfast provided. 24 hour hot water flask plus selection of teas available. Pleasant helpful staff facilitated early pickups for excursions and stored our luggage. Great location near Plaza de Armas

Cons: The absolutely gigantic TV screens filling the rooms. Cramped matrimonial bed room

Pros: Great location. The staff were really kind, we arrived very early in the morning before our check in, and they let us sleep at the reception sofa (even offered a blanket and turned off the light for us) and then let us check in as early as possible. Shower was hot, but took a while to warm up. Breakfast was basic but filling.

Cons: The bathroom had no window or other ventilation.

Pros: The staff was always helpfull. Super central. Super clean.

Great location in Cusco!

Pros: Great location near the historic center and many of the local museums listed on the Cusco Tourist Ticket Room itself was functional and clean. Towels and soap were provided which was helpful. Bed was comfortable and the blankets were warm Good value for money all things considered. There was a breakfast but I could not partake as was rushing in the morning

Cons: Hot water wasn't running constantly so one might find it helpful to clarify with front desk if the hot water is on before trying to shower Some noise issues at night with people coming & going but not too big a concern

Pros: Reception was always open. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and shower water was hot. The staff was nice too. I asked for another night I needed and there was no problem neither. Location was super central.

Pros: Very good location, hot water all the time, helpful staff.

Cons: Room was very small, it was difficult to manage with our luggages, which were small. I can't imagine how persons with bigger luggages can fit into such room. Also our room was with a window into the corridor, so it was a little bit noisy. Also we felt a lack of fresh air.

Great location

Pros: Great location, comfortable. It’s a hostel but everyone has their own private room. I also lost my phone, so had to use there computer to track my phone (which I didn’t get back). Spoke to other travellers and their hostels were bigger and they had mixed dorms, so spent less and they were given pack lunches if they were out for the day, which I thought was nice

Cons: The breakfast wasn’t great.
