Amazing resort stay

Pros: I loved that the property was big and beautiful. It was clean and well maintained. The facilities like bike renting, alpaca feeding, planetarium were exciting. We learnt a lot in the planetarium. The breakfast at restaurant had good variety and tasted well. Alpaca feeding was fun. The rooms were comfortable and big. There’s breakfast lunch and dinner in the restaurant.

Cons: Dinner menu could have more options. An indoor kids play area could have been a good addition.

Pros: Lovely grounds, friendly staff and great breakfast

Cons: Tv could only see Directv no access to streaming channels.

Fabulous hotel.

Pros: Really beautiful hotel, super clean, wonderful and kind staff, great restaurant, adorable alpacas on site, multiple on-site activities per day. We even booked a stargazing tour on site and it was fantastic. One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Short drive to Ollantaytambo where you can get the train to Machu Picchu.

Good hotel Sacred Valley

Pros: Well maintained hotel, with spacious rooms and a very well maintained garden.

Cons: The restaurant is quite expensive for Peru standards and the food is okay, nothing more.

Comfortable and uncomplicated accommodation with fantastic facilities

Pros: Stayed with family, with a 4 year old kid. Hotel was really good, with a large garden where kid could play. Rooms were awesome. There is a bonfire service every night, where you get to sit around with other families, very nice. Staff was very helpful.

Cons: The main problem with the hotel were the dinners. Since the hotel is in Yanahuara (not Urubamba), it is not feasible to walk around in search for a meal. That means that you either dine at the hotel, or get a taxi to eat elsewhere. The problem with dining at the hotel is that (1) it is very expensive (bad price over cost ratio), and (2) it takes them hours to get the food served. The latter is critical if you are travelling with kids, as need to keep them entertained for a very long time until the food arrives...

Pros: Extremely peaceful, with a beautiful location in the middle of nature, really friendly and helpful staff, good food and cleaned

Beautiful hotel with great views

Pros: It is very beautifully designed with vast gardens and pretty chalets. Nice extras like local arts and crafts for sale, an alpaca to feed.

Cons: They play terrible and very loud music during all the meals, sometimes different tunes in different parts of the hotel. Some quiet pan flute local music would be much more appropriate.
