Beautiful hotel

Pros: What a pretty place! I didn't want to leave. Actually I extended my stay ;) Location is hard to beat, with spectacular mountain views and in the huge calm, pretty garden. It's so relaxing! They even have sweet alpacas and a llama :) Rooms are huge and comfortable. Personel is super kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Pros: Beautiful villa like hotel in the center of lush gardens. Very quiet. Clean. A wonderful place to relax. Food and staff excellent. Beds comfortable.

Cons: We had a private driver take us (family of six) from Cusco to hotel in Sacred Valley. Arranged it through this hotel. Everything went smoothly. You may have difficulty finding hotel on your own, as it is off the main road about 15 minutes.

Pros: Location was very serene. Large property with many walking paths and beautiful gardens. Dinner options were delicious, especially the trout ceviche. Buffet breakfast was limited but adequate and tasty. Staff were very accommodating. Great base location for tours in the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu.

Pros: Beautiful gardens. Relaxing and peaceful place. Very clean room. Good hot shower. Daily room cleaning. Nice breakfast.

Cons: It is far out of the way - make sure you get contact details for a local taxi driver. The restaurant for lunch and dinner is a bit expensive and not amazing food.

Pros: El hotel es precioso rodeado de jardines con arboles frutales y hermosas flores. Me gustó la terraza con vista a las montañas, ideal para descanzar y disfrutar. Las habitaciones son grandes y muy comodas. El personal muy atento.

We enjoyed the gardens, the peace and the views.I would definitely recommend this place. But don’t expect good food.

Pros: Lovely location. Spacious rooms, all with a view. A bit old, but everything worked well. Heating, hot water, lights. Staff very very nice. Breakfast buffet very complete.

Cons: Two things. It is a bit far and they don’t provide with transportation even though they do have a van but not for guests. And taxis are expensive. And the restaurant and food are by far, the worst about it. The service is extremely slow, and the food is terrible. At one point we wanted some extra fries, and they said no. Why? Because they didn’t know how to put them in the system. So we didn’t get fries. And they didn’t have many things of the menu. Incredible.
