The perfect place to stay in Cusco to enjoy a relaxed time :) everything you need in accomodation plus more!

Pros: Elizabeth made every step of the way easy, great communication before and during check in and made me feel very welcome. The property is clean, light, private and secure and I am booking to stay here again!

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Pros: The hotel was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water and warm blankets. Our host, Elizabeth, was amazing! She helped us with information about everything you need to know (restaurants, laundry, organising cheap taxi, etc).

Cons: It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected when staying in the heart of the city, conveniently close to everything.

Lovely time at Casona Tordo

Pros: Elizabeth is an amazing host and looks after her guests with the utmost care. We stayed here twice (before and after the Inca Trail) and had a fantastic time. The location is perfect (5 min walk to the Plaza De Armas), the breakfast is excellent and the rooms are comfortable and clean, with hot showers. Highly recommend if you are looking for accommodation in Cusco. She also allowed us to keep our luggage here which was very helpful.

Cozy and friendly stay

Pros: The hostess was so friendly! The place is very cozy, and the terrace looked nice, although I didn’t use it much. I did not see any heating in the room but there were plenty of blankets to deal with the cold.

Pros: Elizabet was absolutely lovely and super accommodating. She always told me to let her know if I needed anything. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was basic, but nice. Eggs, bread, jam and coffee.

Cons: The curtains are very thin, so I'd bring an eyemask.

Pros: Elizabeth was an excellent host .. nice breakfast...clean toilets/rooms and comfortable beds. We were allowed to store our luggage for a day due to unexpected circumstances.. Elizabeth was very friendly.

Nice but noisy hotel.

Pros: Very nice host! We have an access to the kitchen, which is useful. Located in the center.

Cons: It is extremely noisy. 1. Outside: we can hear all the cars & buses on the street. There is a lot of passage, (especially from 3 a.m with all the touristic buses) and people tend to honk a lot… 2. And also inside: we can hear people in the other rooms. Knowing that a lot of tourists wake up early for tours, it is kind of annoying.

Homely and cosy :)

Pros: Breakfast was lovely! A very homely vibe. Elizabeth and her colleague brought us into the kitchen and made us eggs, and provided bread, jam and coffee too. We felt very comfortable and well looked after. The rooms are cleaned well daily. There were about 5 thick woolly blankets on the bed in addition to the duvet so we were toasty warm! Elizabeth even made us coca tea on arrival to help with the altitude sickness.
