Amazing staff and hotel

Pros: Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The location was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and did everything to make sure we had a great time. I planned an engagement at the hotel and they put me in touch with Alejandro who did everything to make sure it went perfectly, which it did. I'm so thankful to him and his team for making it so special.

Cons: The pool was closed for maintenance when we were there but the spa was made available to us which was really nice so this was not a problem for us.

Sublime Experience in the Sacred Valley

Pros: Brilliant, healthy hotel. Very friendly, helpful staff always going the extra mile. When we went out for the day and got back to our room we found a special restorative drink waiting for us. Such kind touches every day. Make sure to book the spa its free and you have it privately. In the jakuzzi under the stars was just fantastic and so relaxing.

Cons: Nothing a completely perfect hotel

Amazing property with the best staff! Probably the best hotel in Valle Sagrado!

Pros: The property is in an incredible location. The staff and the service is great: Nancy our guide, Mauricio our driver and the concierges who always helped us to find the best logistics. The fact that the Hiram Birgham train leaves directly from the hotel is a huge plus! (Avoiding the bimodal service). The garden and the rooms are amazing as well!

Cons: Although not critical, the service could be faster at the restaurant in all the meals.

Pros: The stag was fabulous from Rhay at reception to Eddy and all the wait staff in the restaurant! A beautiful place an wonderful experience!
