A good choice

Pros: The staff was very helpful and kind. Nothing was too much trouble. The bedroom was amazing. The swimming pool was clean and a nice place to relax.

Pros: Classy hotel with helpful staff. Nice options for relaxation. Nice spa, particularly the steambath. The hotel's restaurant has a range of dishes at reasonable prices. We were given a breakfast box on the day we left early for a trek.

Cons: Water in the showers in the rooms isn't warm. Tepid was the norm...

Incredible stay

Pros: A highly recommended hotel just outside of Urubamba and also very close to the train station for MP. The communication from the start has been quick and efficient. The manager was super friendly and helped us with everything and making sure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious and well decorated and the house keeping staff have a great sense of humour. The breakfast was a great way to start the day too! Laundry service was quick as well.

Pros: Nos atendieron muy bien y fueron muy amables con nosotros al prestarnos asistencia médica por mal de altura , tienen una clínica al lado .

Muy agradable

Pros: El Servicio complementario, los dias que no alojamos llovio mucho asi que se cancelaron algunas salidas y el hotel contaba con sauna, piscina y cine, asi que utilizamos la piscina en una temporada de lluvia, poiscina temperada con salas de juego, muy bien, tambien solicitamos platos a la carta, muy bien.

Pros: El hotel tiene un muy bonito lobby con una pendiente constante que te lleva a todas las habitaciones. La piscina estaba en una muy buena temperatura y el restaurante del 4to piso fue muy bueno.
