Amazing hotel, comfortable and cozy!
Pros: Very clean, spacious, and comfortable! After mountains it’s the perfect place to relax! Everything is provided! The staff is very friendly and helps with anything, even offered to help me get from the train station in the dark.

Pros: This is a 4 star hotel offering luxury accomodation..Amazing value for money!The room and bathroom are even better than the photos!
Cons: The one downside for me was the location.Although it is an extremely convenient location for the train to Machu Picchu ,I had problems with arriving at the location on foot.Assuming it was just a matter of crossing the railway line ,I was not allowed to by the authorities in charge at the station.This meant I had to take a long,alternative route. The hotel is in an isolated position, although it is not,that far from the town and it has a different name from the one on Booking .It needs a more efficient doorbell as Sain didn't always hear me when I arrived. There is work being done on the main road outside which means that walking to /from the town involves a lot of dust.Or you have to walk alongside the railway tracks ,which was too risky for me.. Breakfast was the bare minimum .

Pros: Gonzalo war super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Wlan und er hat uns sofort geholfen. Wenn wir fragen hatten, hat er uns immer geholfen.
Cons: Wasser war nicht richtig heiß. Keine Klobürste und teilweise schlechtes Wlan

Muy buen rollito!!
Pros: Nos quedamos durante unas 3 noches para tener tiempo para visitar el valle sagrado y el Machu picchu, y fue una experiencia súper enriquecedora! Las habitaciones muy espaciosas, limpias y bien equipadas. El lugar muy tranquilo a pesar de que a veces pasa el tren pero no molesta. Pero lo mejor es la amabilidad, la simpatía y el buen rollo con el que te acogen, de hecho nos quedamos una noche más después de visitar el Machu picchu solo por eso.
Cons: A veces pasaba el tren y hacía ruido, pero tampoco nos molestó tanto

Pros: Desde el primero dia Jesús nos recibió con una excelente amabilidad, estuvo al tanto de cada necesidad, las instalaciones son buenas , agua calientes, cama cómoda y limpia, el lugar es la ubicación exacta para conectar con la naturaleza una experiencia muy bonita 10 de 10

Una estadía increíble y buen servicio!!!
Pros: La propiedad, un hotel con todos los servicios, buena presión de agua caliente, camas muy cómodas y sobre todo la limpieza. Un hotel muy bien cuidado. El wifi siempre activo porque es importante para el día a día.
Cons: La distancia pero el hotel me puso movilidad, me facilitó cada vez que solicité. Me recogieron del aeropuerto, me llevaron al hotel, el conductor muy amable y muy dócil al manejar.

Pros: Sus instalaciones, se puede lavar la ropa y tender, inclusive hay lavadora. Tiene cochera. Tene habitaciones en el primer y segundo piso. El buen trato del señor Washington, nunca lo conocí en persona.
Cons: Su ubicación, pero con carro particular todo bien, está cerca de la estación del tren.
