Fantastic location, great big bathroom and great views from rooms

Pros: Great big bathroom, great location, great customer service from the staff, bed was comfy and room had a fantastic view

Cons: The hair dryer was integrated into the wall and couldn't be removed. It also died after 10 mins of use. The mini bar was not stocked There was no fried eggs for breakfast on the second day. Breakfast was nice, but could have included some salami, prosciutto, chorizo slices, and smoked salmon

Pros: Very close to the train station and local restaurants and shops. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Our room was clean and comfortable, however, don’t expect luxury as we noticed most hotels in Aguas Calientes were quite simple.

Cons: Some minor cosmetic issues that could be fixed easily.

Great hotel for a reasonable price

Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, standard-sized clean room with a mountain view, they also had hot water at the reception for tea/coffee, which we really appreciated! They also had luggage storage room, which was right what we needed. The location is convenient (close to restaurants, shops and tour busses to Machu Picchu), but it is on a big hill, so it might be tough to get there with luggage from the main street with shops, restaurants etc.

Decent hotel

Pros: The location of this hotel was excellent, the rooms were a good size and nice and clean. I found it good value for being so close to MP. Staff were attentive. the breakfast was decent.

Great value for your money!

Pros: Very good stay for one night! Staff was friendly and room clean and tidy. Breakfast okay, loved the fresh fruits! The hotel is right next to the train station, so bring earplugs with you if you’re a light sleeper, the train horns might wake you up.

Pros: Location, confortável room, breakfast starts at 5 am.

Cons: Please be careful with the food! The watermelon they served at breakfast was spoiled, and I ended up with a terrible case of food poisoning.
