Pros: Good place and staff,close to everything, good food and good place.

Good place to stay before hiking Machu Picchu

Pros: Comfortable bed, easy check in, good location, hot shower, and filling breakfast. Good value.

Cons: There was no shower curtain so the bathroom was soaking after every shower, we were next to the street so there was a lot of noise, and there could have been better options at breakfast, but none of these were big issues.

Clean Simple Hotel in Great Location

Pros: The rooms are very clean and new feeling. The location is great, 30 second walk from the train station exit. Maria was very helpful and accommodating. They were able to give me a second floor room, after originally being given a fourth floor room, due to my bad knee. They also lent me a phone charger as didn't have one (I had come of the inca trail where there is no electricity). I definitely recommend!

Cons: I was charged more than stated on booking.com in USD. This was nothing to do with exchange rates as they charged me in USD too. I was told I had to pay their commission to booking.com which I've never had to do before. I didn't appreciate this as I'd chosen this hotel partially due to the cost. There is also a 5% fee for using card.

Pros: We only needed a bed and a shower for the night before going to Machu Picchu. We not only found a very confortable bed I wish I had at home, a perfectly clean room and the best shower I had in Perú but also very nice and helpful personal and a delicious, fresh, big breakfast to start the day. Everything for just a very reasonable price. Thank you Maria :)

Definitely a good choice for a short visit to Machu Picchu

Pros: The hotel is owned by a very sweet local family and we had a wonderful experience.

Cons: The owners were super friendly and the morning breakfast was wonderful.

New clean hotel

Pros: Amazing and kind staff. The hotel is brand new and very clean. The location is perfect - in the centre of Aguas Calientes, but a little away from all the crowds.

Pros: Great location only few mins walk from train station without any stairs 😊 Staff is so friendly and helpful with directions, buying last minute Machu Picchu tickets or storing your stuff after check out. They really made my stay. Probably the best shower I had in Peru! Very tasty breakfast too!!

Cons: I got a single room instead of the double I booked. Walls are very thin so bring earplugs and maybe some hangers or storage space could be put inside the room.

Pros: Se encuentra muy cerca a la estación del tren, nos fueron a recoger en la estación y nos acompañaron, muchas gracias por ese gran detalle.

Cons: Ojala tuvieran escaleras ;) llegamos muy cansados y era subir 4 pisos pero la habitación muy comoda.

Pros: Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, Ausstattung sehr einfach, aber ok und sauber. Lage gut, direkt am Bahnhof.
