Comfortable stay

Pros: Really comfortable & convenient stay in Aguas Caliente. Great location with plenty of shops & restaurants surrounding. Delicious breakfast served early to ensure you can eat before an early start at Machu Picchu!

Comfortable for a short stay and close to the station.

Pros: The room was fine for us, the bathroom might be a little cramped if you’re bigger. It appeared to be well cleaned and the basic breakfast starts early if you have an early start. The also let us store our luggage in the cupboard/locker after we checked out while we went to Machu Picchu

Cons: Nothing really at this price point.

Pros: The room is clean and the staff is helpful. Comfy bed.

Cons: There are no hangers to hang wet jackets, perhaps the cold floors could have few rugs in the bedroom and bathroom.

Pros: Confortable and clean beds after a long trek! The hotel has a good price compared to other places in Aguas Calientes and they let us storage our luggage until our train departure. Staff was super nice.

it's okay for one night staying

Pros: staff are very kind, early breakfast served. location is not to bad 10mins walking distance from the bus tickets office. many restaurants nearby.

Cons: staircase are very stiff no recommend who has knee problems...
