Cozy Stay with a Waterfall View

Pros: We stayed just one night at this wonderful hotel, but it left an unforgettable impression! The hotel is located in a very beautiful spot – from our window, we could see and hear a small waterfall, which created an amazing atmosphere of peace and relaxation. What made it even more special was that we asked for a breakfast to go, and they gladly prepared it for us – very convenient and thoughtful. The hotel is clean, tidy, and very cozy. Even in such a short stay, this hotel gave us true enjoyment of nature and comfort. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a peaceful night in a beautiful setting!

Pros: The staff was very welcoming and helped me the best way possible to enjoy my stay in Aguas Calientes. The lady, that made our check in, was helpful and was always prompt to assist. I had a great time and i woukd recommemd over any other hotel in Cusco

Amazing hotel in mid budget for couple

Pros: I love the fact that they have an English-speaking front desk, a lift to go to the floor, better sanitation, and hot water compared to other hotels, budget around 60 bucks this will be a perfect hotel, i had 6 6th floor had an amazing view of the river, decent breakfast and they let us store luggage while we visited MP. Also, they let us wait in the lobby instead of the station's waiting room.

Comfortable stay!

Pros: Location and cleanliness and most of all the friendliness of the staff. The receptionist lady was very nice as after check in, I forgot my small luggage bag. She was so nice to bring it in my room.

Cons: They only allowed apparently one toilet paper per day!

Great cost and benefit.

Pros: It was a very nice stay at Raices. It is right at in the heart of Aguas Calientes. The room was super comfortable, modern and clean. Breakfast is served very early which is great since and has everything you need.
