Pros: Hosts were very friendly. They pick us up at the train station. They furnished us additional blankets for the night. Room had a reasonable size and was well equiped. In the evening the street is a bit noisy, but it did not last too long and the night was very quiet.

Good location
Pros: Spacious and comfortable room, lovely views, stable wifi, proper shower, breakfast is just okay, convenient location. We could leave our bags in the storage.
Cons: it was bit loud because of the train station but we were out all day so didn't bother us.

Pros: This was a last minute booking as we didn’t like where we were staying. The staff were helpful and friendly. They sent someone to meet us at the station. It’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the station. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was quite nice but it seemed to run out of things a lot. Ham, cheese, scrambled egg, yogurt, muesli.
Cons: They don’t provide any drinking water. You have to buy bottled water, and as I loathe all the plastic pollution, I hated this. Also The miniature soaps also wrapped in plastic. Please think about where your rubbish ends up. Lastly I thought there was no hot water, but it turned out they had the H and C on the taps round the wrong way!

Exactly what we had hoped for!
Pros: Very kind and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable room, lovely views, stable wifi, proper shower, good breakfast, convenient location. Nice starting point for trips to Machu Picchu - we arrived in town the day before, and our guide picked us up at the hotel the next morning to take us up to the ruins, and we were really happy with everything.
Cons: There was some noise from the train line, which is right outside

A Comfortable Hotel Near the Strain Station
Pros: It was a comfortable hotel near the train station and center of everything. The Staff picked us up from the train station which is a great touch. Breakfast is just okay, nothing spectacular but not so bad also. The room was big enough for 2 people, and has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay. The beddings are thick and can keep one warm as the room can get quite cold in the evenings. Good value for the money spent, as most hotels in the same location are so much more expensive.

Good location and lovely staff
Pros: The room was nice and clean. Staffs are lovely. They recommend everything and also prepared breakfast in the box for us as we went to Machu Picchu early the next day.
Cons: The internet was not good.

Comfortable stay near the station with a good view
Pros: The hotel was lovely! We had a room at one of the high floors and had a beautiful view over the city and mountains nearby. There was a fine breakfast: tea, bread, eggs. The staff was friendly and even met us at the train station when we arrived from Cusco in the evening.
Cons: Our bathroom had a small leak somewhere under the sink. And the internet was not very fast but it was satisfying for a short stay without work related activities.
