Nice location, warm rooms but internet was poor

Pros: We stayed in lux, it was warm, had a heater and hot water

Cons: Internet is low, and bad connection for LTE

Pros: The owner has really good attitude! He accepted his mistake ( he cancelled my room cause I didn’t tell my arrive time ) but all the attitude and behavior is very nice ! So I could feel he respected customers Very clean room and big and with good price ;) best value

For one night that accommodation was great!

Pros: The hosts are very friendly! It was a family hotel. Bed was comfortable!

Cons: The hot water did not turn on after 10 minutes and then I had to ask for the gas to be switched on twice as it took some time. There were some bugs in the room and I was told it was common as the hotel was close to the Jungle.

Decent place, but it needs warm water to be great

Pros: We recently stayed one night at TAYWA Hotel in Aguas Calientes. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a decent night's rest. The breakfast offered was sufficient, though nothing particularly special stood out. The hotel's location is convenient for those visiting Machu Picchu, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately, there was no warm water in the shower, which was quite a disappointment after a long day of exploring.
