Short stay on Business

Pros: Location in Minafloris was great for my work & not too bad for the airport - reception was well handled by Naesha who took care of everything in a prompt professional manner, the room was clean, comfortable, with plenty of hot water, the restaurant was well managed by David & his team, great food & wine recommendations -

Pros: The room was comfortable and met all expectations. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet was quite nice, with a good variety to start the day. Overall, everything was okay and I had a pleasant stay.

Cons: The biggest downside was the very poor sound isolation between rooms. If you happen to have a noisy or snoring neighbor, as we did, you will definitely hear it and it can really disturb your sleep.

Pros: Location, nice streets and caffe, nice breakfast and basic but clean room.

Cons: The staff will help you but would not make you feel welcome. The water pressure in the shower is horrible, so slow I couldn't wash my hair properly. They send a guy just to tell me this is the normal water pressure in the hotel. The lobby area is very small and most of it is the hotel restaurant.

Awesome but need little more from them

Pros: Their Restaurant Service especially Mr David and Anne, these workers are awesome, very cooperative and understable , humble

Cons: Their Room design , size and have no refrigerator in room and cabinets. Also air purifier sprinkles in room and corridors

Pros: The staff is very kind and helpful. They let us check in earlier after our flight was delayed over 12 hours. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the centre of Miraflores. The room and bathroom were clean and lovely.
