Great Location

Pros: Location at Miraflores is perfect. Staff very friendly and efficient, from cleaning Mirabel to Andrea at reception. Great bed and shower. Powerful Air Conditioning.

Great location, welcoming staff

Pros: This hotel is in a good location and the staff were excellent. The room was large and a joy to return to at the end of a day

Cons: As the hotel sits at a main intersection some may find it a little noisy, but this really did not bother us.

Pros: Comfortable hotel with modern minimalistic rooms design. Reasonably good breakfast. Well located for my business visits.

Cons: I could not quite figure out extra charges at the checkin - some deposit for extras which I asked not to charge was still charged. Expecting refund.

Pros: Loved the lobby area. Great location. Checkin was quick. Staff had good English

Cons: Bathroom layout was a bit strange. Toilet room was small

Pros: Great location in the heart of Miraflores. Close to restaurants, and a few blocks away from Larcomar and sea front. Modern room with good bathroom. Small but decent gym.

Cons: Not much of a view from the room.

Pros: Cleaning service, good wifi, hot water and strong water pressure (not matter of course in Peru). Very helpful staff.

Cons: The shower head cannot be held in the hand (and there were no bidets). The staff should remove breakfast dishes from the table just when guests finish and leave the table, not earlier, sometimes you want to still use it.
