Perfect stay in Cusco

Pros: Clean, comfortable, beautiful place, close to plaza de armas but far from the crowds

Quiet out of the hustle and bustle of the city hotel

Pros: The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was a quiet hotel overall as it is a short taxi or 30minute walk into the centre. Staff were very friendly and happy to help.

Cons: During peak time the shower did run out of hot water so be mindful of that.

Relaxing environment with helpful staff and good location

Pros: Easy walk to the centre helpful staff clean and comfortable room

Cons: Nothing to dislike

A quiet comfortable hotel located near the centre- pleasant rooms and a good breakfast

Pros: A charming small.hotel 10 minutes walk from the cebtre of old Cusco. Small room but very comfortable and a good buffet breakfast. We stayed at the sister hotel San Augustin El Dorado but found Mamasara much quieter and more relaxing

Cons: It was only 10.minutes from the centre but not a partucularly pleasant walk as the hotel.is close to a taxi and minibus depot

Loved it! Great place to stay in Cusco

Pros: Great location.. away from the crowds yet a short walk away from all you want… hot showers warm room staff friendly and want to help

Cons: Bit noisy early in the morning ad people head off for yours or check in late as everything echoes people walking downtairs and talking

Pros: We really enjoyed our (short) stay here. My husband let them know it was our honeymoon and the staff were so sweet, they prepared a special suprise in the room for us <3 they also prepared a breakfast box to go when we had to leave early for our tour. Big thank you especially to Jamira!

Pros: Great location, 10 minutes walk to the main plaza. Excellent stuff, very spacious and clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Great room and personnel!

Pros: Everything was great. The room was clean, warm and quiet. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. It always had warm water. They provided shampoo and conditioner and hairdryer. The personnel were very helpful. Whatever we asked them for we had it. They also stored our baggage for 4 days for free

Cons: The hotel is not good in responding to messages via booking. We couldn't call them and they wouldn't respond to messages, which made the communication prior to our stay a bit tricky. The hotel is only 10min walk from the centre of Cusco. However the street is very dark at night and people need to be cautious when returning to the hotel late at night

Beautiful and peaceful hotel

Pros: Beautiful and clean hotel just outside of the Cisco historical centre. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms quiet and clean. The bathrooms too were exceptionally clean. The buffet breakfast was very good too

Cons: If I had to complain it would be the location however the hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the main square so it was not a huge problem for me.
