A perfect stay in Lima with comfort, great service, and an excellent location.

Pros: The hotel has an excellent location in Miraflores, close to restaurants and shops. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive at all times. Plus, the breakfast was varied and delicious.

Cons: Everything was excellent; I have no complaints.

Pros: Honestly I love the area and the staff, the breakfast is my favorite part since I’m a huge food person. The staff went above and beyond and the shower was amazing.

Pros: El hotel está increíble, las instalaciones limpias y modernas, las habitaciones insonorizadas, el personal fue espectacular, se desayuna en el rooftop es un gran detalle, por la noche no necesitar salir, ya que hay muy buen ambiente en el rooftop, nos gustó que al hacer el check out pudimos dejar nuestras maletas guardadas ya que nuestro vuelo era en la madrugada. Nos encantó el hotel y todo el personal con el que tuvimos contacto tanto en el hotel como en el rooftop fue increíble, felicitaciones!

Cons: Me hubiese gustado una habitación en los niveles superiores, pero no bajo puntos por eso.

Pros: Limpieza, amabilidad en todos los colaboradores desde recepción, servicio de mucama, en el desayuno, todos sin duda hicieron nuestra estadía aún más grata. Rico olor en recepción, lo solicitado fue entregado en buenos tiempos. Roof maravilloso con dj en vivo los fines de semana

Pros: excelente hotel, yo viajo 5 veces al año a lima , nunca me habia quedado ahí, a pesar que tuve problemas con el aire los 3 primeros dias, me cambiaron de habitación
