Outstanding service

Pros: An exceptional place, much better than many other 5-star hotels that charge you for everything; the service was impeccable from beginning to end.

Nice hotel in a more suburban area of Lima

Pros: Everyone working here was nice and friendly, breakfast was very good and they can help with ordering taxi or suggest good places to eat. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable.

Cons: The rooms were not very soundproof, if someone was walking in the room next to you you could hear it. It was also located very far away from the city center, and depending on traffic it could take over 1 h to get into the city.

Pros: Staff, room and service were excellent and exceeded our expectations! Definitely would recommend

Safe hotel with spacious rooms

Pros: Delicious breakfast, reception accommodating all requests - second key, storing luggage, late check out with no additional fee. Spacious room for one that could easily fit three people :)

Cons: I picked this hotel because it was very close to office, but for those willing to explore city center or Miraflores - it could be 45-60 min drive.

Pros: position with good view on Lima. A little out of transport lines, we used Uber for all movements.

Great relaxing place to stay with attentive staff, excellent food and wonderful spa!

Used as a base to support my visit to peru I had a great experience.

Pros: Good quality varied and hot ! The service was very good and I was never without a full coffee. The cold serve area was always properly chilled and hot food was properly hot not luke warm

Cons: Very little for me to complain about. My use of hotels is wide and varied, this one is in the top 10. Its hard to complain about the hotel in any way related to my stay

Weekend break away from the city

Pros: The room was very big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty.

Cons: The breakfast could be more varied and the buffet items should be refilled more frequently. The spa did not have any massages available for the weekend we stayed. The chairs at the pool are not adjustable which is not functional for everyone.

Perfecto para lograr un descanso pleno

Pros: El hotel es perfecto para desconectarse y descansar, hay mucha paz. El desayuno bufete es muy variado y abundante, el personal muy gentil, desde el área de recepción, restaurante y administración hasta el personal encargado del aseo, todos siempre pendientes de cualquier necesidad que pudiéramos tener. La habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Felicitaciones al personal por tan buena atención.

Buena opcion en la ciudad

Pros: Excelente vista desde la habitacion, buen desayuno.

Cons: Por la fecha el hotel estaba lleno y hubo bastante gente.
