2 days watching the tennis at Jockey Club and seeing family.

Pros: Friendly and really helpful staff, good food and cocktails. Buffet breakfast excellent with local delicacies.

Viaje de negocios por Lima

Pros: La habitación es muy confortable, con espacios adecuados y bien orientada. Además, destaca que es muy silencioso y poco o nada se escucha de otras habitaciones o el exterior

Cons: El desayuno aún tiene poca variedad en general. El día de mi salida solicité un breakfast box sin embargo no fueron capaces de entregarla y la explicación de la razon fue poco clara.

Por el valor pagado, esperaba una mejor atención ( será pq somos chilenos?) . Muchas Buenas instalaciones.

Pros: Excelente ubicación e instalaciones. Piezas amplias, bellas, limpias y bien distribuidas.

Cons: No entiendo porque me dieron diferente tamaño de habitación si mis dos reservas las hice por plataforma booking en el mismo tipo de habitación, solo cambié fechas????? Me debía ir antes de las 6am y mi estancia incluía desayuno . Pedí si era posible algo de desayuno. Me entregaron unos paquetitos con fruta, agua y un sandwich, pero hizo falta un café y un muffins…… sería mucho pedir. Personal de recepción muy poco empático y amigable.
