Pros: The Hotel was clean .The staff were very helpful and friendly. The gym ,pool, sauna and steam room were excellent

A little bit of luxury in Peru

Pros: Large room and a huge bed. Great bathroom with a huge bath! The pool is nice and very clean and the gym is very extensive. The steam room and sauna were very clean and hot. The jacuzzi was empty when we stayed but this wasn’t an issue. Great food from the restaurant (I’d recommend the club sandwich) and the breakfast buffet had lots of options, more than we’d experienced anywhere else in Peru! Great location in a very beautiful and tourist friendly area. Lovely staff!

Pros: The lucsury, the food, and the swimming pool. Location good and safe.

Cons: The whole personal has to learn from Jose, the young men that was in Reception when I arrived there, to smile and to behave friendly with clients.

Pros: - breakfast was inconsistent. Was good one morning then meh the next morning - room was quite small with little area to store your clothes (for two people)

Cons: - far out from restaurants / areas of interest but you can get an uber

Pros: - THE GYM WAS AMAZING, one of the best hotel gyms i've been to, my partner and i were very satisfied, 10/10 - room was big and comfortable - staff were nice, guard at the door was helpful

Cons: - could have better shampoo or soaps but the ones given will do - laundry is a bit expensive

Sencillo y amable

Pros: Destaco la atención del personal desde la recepción hasta el personal de bar, piscina y acceso, todos en general, un 7, respetuosos y atentos. Camas cómodas y buen desayuno

Cons: El ruido de la calle aunque cerrando la ventana, encendiendo el aire acondicionado y con tapones de oído se pasa.
