Comfortable room in Lima. We extended our stay here

Pros: Modern bathroom with extraction fan, awesome shower, good benchtop space and mirror / horizontal lighting. Modern room was simple yet comfortable with our extra large bed room. No unnecessary furniture. Strong AC. Good breakfast, with basic buffet options and ability to order eggs pancakes waffles and fresh juice at no additional charge. Area seems safe.

Cons: 30-45 min walk from the action in Miraflores, but uber is cheap so that was ok. Room isn't soundproof as described, especially from the street, but the noise wasn't bad.

I rate Tierra Viva hotel 10/10 👍

Pros: The bedroom is roomy and bed is superb with fluffy pillows. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times and the price is very reasonable. Love the breakfast too! Will give it 10/10 for me. Thank you Tierra Viva for making my last two days in Peru very comfortable

Rooftop breakfast is amazing

Pros: Clean and modern hotel in a great location. Also really enjoyed the breakfast that was served on the rooftop. Staff were amazing and I was even able to borrow a luggage scale to weigh my luggage before we went to the airport! Would definitely stay again!

Cons: Nothing - was a very nice stay!

Comfortable in Miraflores Lima.

Pros: Staff were very friendly, spoke English which was good for us. Gave us good directions for sightseeing. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is good but a bit far away from city centre where historical buildings etc are. But easy to get ubers, so not a problem. Good breakfast and starts at 6 am so good timing.

Good stay! Flexibility with early check in would have been appreciated

Pros: The room and facilities were very clean. Breakfast was good as well. Location is very convenient

Cons: Even though we were checking out 6 hrs before checkout time, there was no flexibility for early check in even though rooms were available. We were asked to pay for earlier check in. The other two hotels we stayed at in Peru were very accommodating with their check in policy.

Pros: Hotel was great value for money, hotel room was a nice size and comfortable and staff were very polite.

Cons: Location for us wasn’t great, it’s walkable to the main area of Miraflores but it’s at least 10-15 minutes away from everything.
