Costa Rica 🇨🇷

Nice pool. Friendly staff. Lack of organization

Pros: The staff was friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of options including fruits.

Cons: The TV antenna wasn’t working properly, as the signal kept cutting out, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, while the hotel arranges tours, I would recommend double-checking the itinerary to ensure that no extra tours are added without your request. We had an odd situation where two tours were scheduled in a row for the same day (one morning/afternoon and the other evening), which we hadn’t asked for the second tour. We clarified the situation with the guide and decided not to join the second tour, which would result an extra charge. At checkout, they tried to overcharge us, but were unsuccessful because I was aware of the correct cost of the tour.

Pros: Nice place, has great rooms and nice bathroom. All the necessary stuff for a weekend stay. The staff was also always friendly and attentive. Has an in-house restaurant and bar, no need to leave the hotel afterninght.

Pros: O lugar é lindo, equipe bem preparada. Fechamos os passeios na recepção do hotel. Valeu muito a pena. Fora que o hotel é bem preparado para os hóspedes, você consegue tomar café, almoçar e jantar sem precisar sair do hotel (dirigir por lá é um caos).

Cons: o café da manhã não muda, pensei que teríamos opções diferentes em dias distintos.

Pros: Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cet hôtel car les chambres sont spacieuses et bénéficient dune baignoire, eau chaude et bon débit, les installations sont tres bien et la piscine est un vrai plus, le personnel est tres sympathique et l'hôtel a un restaurant tres qualitatif.

Cons: Seul petit bémol mais peut etre aussi car nous sommes en saison basse, la salle de sport etait tres poussiéreuse, lors de notre séance on voyait que le ménage n'avais pas etait fait depuis assez longtemps sinon ras
