Perfect accomodation
Pros: Everything was absolutely amazing. Location, cleanliness, vey helpful staff. The room was very cozy. 100% reccomended, would definetely go back there next time I’ll be in Cusco

Cons: One night needed to wait for the hot water to boil, and waited 30 mins to take a shower

Pros: There's all day free tea and coffee, which is always a hit with me. The location is also great, its a short walk to the historical centre, and we actually walked up the hill to Sacsayhuaman from there - although that's probably a bit much for most people. Staff is also great, they gave us detail on how to go where we wanted to go, and stored our bags for a week while we were hiking at no extra charge.
Cons: For those who don't enjoy stairs, be aware that it's a steep walk from reception to the rooms. This was fine for us, but may be an issue for others.

Pros: Very good matress and warm blanket in spacious semi luxury room. Very quiet during night, no noise from the road or parties. Even a heater in room 403. Great bathroom with hot water if necessary. Very helpful staff, sharing ideas, tips ,suggestions. I shall gladly book again. A basic breakfast. Sweetend yogurt, mix fruits, cow cheese, ham ( i guess ), dry puffed cereal. Bread with jam and 3 teas.
Cons: A bit to cold in dining section and a bit basic breakfast. Sweetend yogurt.

Pros: The rooms were really nice and very clean. The hosts are super nice and really helpful. We could leave our luggage there for a few days when we were on a trek. It is very close to the center and a safe area.

Great place to stay! I recommend!
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful! Many thanks to Miguel who was super hospitable and made me feel like home! He offered me a nice tea and gave me a lot of useful information about Cusco! They also helped me to call taxi to go to the airport, because you can't use Uber in Cusco. The hotel is nice, cosy and clean, I felt very comfortable. They had a decent hot water, warm blankets and even an electric heater in the room, which was really good, because Cusco in June is rather cold at night. They gave me a hair dryer and prepared some take-away breakfast because I had to leave for the tour at 4 am. Miguel even walked with me a little bit, so make sure that everything is fine! They can also show you around a city - the day I was leaving they were going out with some tourists to the Inti Raymi festival. I stayed for 2 nights and would definitely like to stay more!

A family-friendly base in Cusco
Pros: Comfortable and budget friendly accommodation in a convenient location in Cusco (a short walk to the main square but not so close as to be affected by noise). Breakfast was included. Joel on reception was very helpful - carried a heavy suitcase upstairs, arranged laundry services and kept our luggage secure whilst we completed the 5-day Salkantay trek. Numerous restaurants of different types located in the same street.

Pros: Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, saubere Zimmer, bei früher Abreise wird eine Frühstückstüte vorbereitet.
Cons: Leider ist wie in fast ganz Südamerika die Kommunikation ausschließlich auf Spanisch möglich
