Friendly hotel!

Pros: We had a positive experience: rooms and public spaces are clean, breakfast is simple but nice, there's even a kitchen available for the guests, location is central yet quiet. As far as the staff goes, they were incredibly helpful and friendly: not only they let us store our luggage for the day, they also welcomed one of our friends to spend time at the reception as he was not feeling good, all of this after we had already checked out so we didn't have a room anymore. We did not take this for granted and was much appreciated, top service really! Overall recommended in Cusco.

Pros: Hawka Inca has the nicest staff I have ever met in the seven months I’ve been traveling Latin America. The location is unbeatable — be sure to eat at La Perla Criolla which is 100m away! Price was so affordable, and they let us leave our bags when we went to the sacred valley for the night. Also, my family member loved the large TV in the room to watch all different kinds of sports and news! Finally, Hawka Inca offers a great breakfast, and has fresh fruit, coffee, and tea available at all hours.

Cons: We stayed here twice during our trip: when we were on the third floor, we didn’t receive hot water, but when we stayed on the second, we did, and we had hot showers.

Comfortable bed, super quiet place excellent staff

Pros: I had a very comfortable stay after returning from Machu Picchu. Tiring trip the staff were absolutely excellent. The place is dead quiet the location is pretty good.
