Usgar San Pedro Boutique

Pros: Great spot to spend a night after our Inca trek and before flying out. Lovely breakfast, very clean and spacious room with comfortable beds and good value for money for our family of 2 adults and 3 children.

Loved the Usgar San Pedro and would highly recommend.

Pros: Loved the peace and quiet the hotel offered. The staff were amazing and our room was comfortable. The entire hotel was kept spotlessly clean. The courtyard was just gorgeous to sit in with a book in our quiet moments between tours.

Cons: It was a little further out from the centre than I had imagined but the walk each day did us good!

Good location, helpful staff and fresh breakfast!

Pros: 5-min walk from San Pedro station. Very quiet yard. Love it! We slept tight at night! Breakfast was basic but fresh! Staff were very kind and helpful. We stored our luggages until we were back from Machu Picchu without being charged extra money.

A thoughtful, comfortable stay with friendly service and a perfect location

Pros: We walked in to check the availability, and the reception was super friendly and helpful. She kindly gave us a room on the same level so we didn’t have to carry our luggage down the stairs. The hotel room was spacious and clean. They even provided a small towel to clean luggage or shoes—so thoughtful and practical, especially for us who had just returned from the Salkantay Trek. Another plus point is its location: very close to the Central Mercado and within walking distance of the main plaza.

Pros: Just a beautifull quite place with Nice rooms, hot water, heating at night, Nice buffet breakfast, near the centre. Good wifi, near by there is a place to park your car for the night for 10soles.

Wonderful stay in the lovely city of Cusco!

Pros: Their hospitality! Impeccable! We wanted a day tour to Machu Picchu the first day and a city tour in Cusco the second day. Every single detail, including door-to-door transfers, private guides, breakfast boxes for very early departure (at 4 a.m. !) for Machu Picchu was taken care of! All the tickets were purchased, printed, awauting us at the reception desk! It was a fulk-fletched wonderful stay in this beautiful boutique hotel with delicious Peruvian coffee!

Pros: Staff is great and was so helpful. Great customer service, which seems to be lacking in most places here. They were so good with our requests and honestly felt sad to leave. Best sleep we had in Peru and glad we chose this place. Experience wouldn’t be the same if the girls didn’t help us out with the room and wifi. Because of them, it was great.

Cons: Unfortunately they have a different exchange rate in the hotel to the real world, so in the end we paid more than it was supposed to be. But like 30 dollars more.

Pros: The location was really good, the staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was a good size.

Cons: When we came to pay neither card machine would accept either of my cards. This meant going to an ATM which had a limit on the amount you could withdraw per transaction. I had to make three separate withdrawals to get the amount needed. I was charged per withdrawal so charged three times meaning I paid over £20 in Peruvian bank withdrawal fees!
