Pros: It’s authentic, decorated with care. It’s very close to the square and everything is in walking distance. Very good breakfast with super kind staff taking care of you - whether it is an early check-out, a lunch package or storing luggage for some days.

Cons: As the beautiful building is is a bit older, the walls are very thin

Pros: My boyfriend and I loved our stay here. We stayed in the room with the shared bathroom which is excellent value. The bathroom was constantly cleaned and had a huge shower. The room itself is comfortable and watching Netflix from bed is always a treat. The free breakfast and coffee was excellent and to top it off all the staff were super friendly! Highly recommend

Pros: We had a great stay during our five days at Casa Cristóbal Siete Cuartones. The location is great, the main plaza is only a 5-min walk away and there are bunch of cafes and restaurants around. The breakfast was amazing, with lots of different choices and one coffee and freshly pressed juice included. On the day we did a trip early in the morning they even prepared a breakfast to go for us. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We were even able to communicate per WhatsApp in the middle of the night because we needed a taxi and were able to leave our luggage for four days for free during one of our trips. The room was very nice and clean, overall 100% recommended!

Pros: The place is gorgeous and very clean . The staff pays attention to the little details which makes a huge difference. Breakfast is absolutely delicious and better than expected. Location is great !

Pros: The place is wonderfully central and cosy, beautifully designed, and above all, the staff are absolutely lovely — helpful, attentive, and incredibly well organised. On one occasion when I was unwell, they kindly brought tea to my room, gave me extra blankets to keep warm, and took such thoughtful care of me. I truly couldn’t have asked for better hospitality.

Pros: Great staff and a wonderful welcome. Location was very good. Walking distance to many places in the historic area. Restaurant and coffee area is open air, but under cover. Packed breakfast was good. We needed it because of an early pickup for Machu Picchu. Do not expect modern hotel chain standards. This hotel is an heritage building. However, they have done a great job modernising it.

Pros: Beautiful hotel with very nice and spacious rooms in a very central location. Only a short walk to Plaza de Armas. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. We extended our stay here whilst in Cusco as it was such good value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel
