Characterful and Beautiful Hotel in the historic centre of Cusco

Pros: Amazing views of Cusco. Lovely location. Beautiful historic property and nice characterful rooms. Delicious breakfast and super attentive helpful staff!

Great location, great breakfast and very helpful staff

Pros: Great location with very helpful staff. Very good breakfast as well. Highly recommended!

Cons: Book the cheaper rooms. They have darker curtains and you will hear less street noises. Suite was great but more noisy and you wake up earlier due to the white curtains.

Quick pit stop in the heart of Cusco, travelling mostly for the Inca trail tour

Pros: Good location near the city square. They packed us a sandwich and fruit to go when we were checking out early for our Inca trail tour which was a nice touch (just tell them the night before).

Cons: Situated on a cobble stone one-way; a couple of rooms are close to the road and you can hear the cars go down all night. It sounds like a gush of wind every time - ear plugs Is a must

A very charming place

Pros: The staff was great and helpful.The room was spotless. There was a nice heater in the room. You get nice filtered water The building and souroundings are is very charming.

Cons: We had to leave before breakast one morning. We orded the breakfast to bring with us (included). It was extremelig small.

Pros: After my Machu Picchu and Sacred Valley I came back here again. I spend the days before MP here I stored my luggage. Best decision El Balcón for my stay at Cusco. Really love this place.

Amazing place in Cusco

Pros: Lovely and very kind and helpful staff. It’s a quite oasis located not far from the Center. I had an amazing time and big thank you to the amazing staff helping me with my arrival in Peru. It felt like home here for me. Thank you Analie Everything is very clean and it has a restaurant for dinner. I recommend that place highly if you are looking for something quite , local and small and cozy.

Cons: The sink tap had some issues sometimes.

Pros: Good location close to main square. Nicely presented accomodation. Felt authentic. Clean rooms. Comfortable linen and beds. Enjoyed the included breakfast. Offers an array of different room layouts.

Very beautiful, amazing staff.

Pros: The staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming. The restaurant and included breakfast with organic food from their garden was amazing and well priced. The building itself was really beautiful and we appreciated the oil heaters.
