I don’t think we could’ve stayed in a better place to be in the centre of Costco in a quiet colonial setting but easy wa
Pros: Beautiful setting, very spacious rooms with lovely colonial decoration.
Cons: everything was perfect, but the lighting was a bit dim in some of the rooms, but this is because of the design of the colonial architecture.

It was fine, would recommend, but don't expect the world.
Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. We stayed at the Hotel 2 separate times (3 nights before and 1 night after visiting Machu Picchu). Our second room was definitely nicer than the first, if a bit noisier. The courtyards are super nice, the location is ok. A bit unusual, but at breakfast the coffee was great, the rest.. not the best. But the fruit-platters were fresh so that was good. That being said I liked our stay and we felt very comfortable, I might be a bit too critical atm..
Cons: Not the most comfortable beds, and I personally don't like that you just get a sheet between you and the (non-washed?) duvet. Luckily there are two bed in the rooms so we took the sheet off the 2nd bed and sort of wrapped the duvet in a clean sheet. Not the best, but something thats sort of common place in Peru, we found. Breakfast was fine.

Would stay again, good location and room size but not 5 star luxury
Pros: Large rooms, very friendly staff, walkable to the city centre
Cons: No soundproofing in rooms. Very dark rooms. No gym or pool.

Exquisite hotel - wifi router
Pros: It’s an exquisite property. I loved the split level rooms. The bathroom was lovely and the bed was comfortable.
Cons: - The wifi definitely needs to be improved. We stayed in room 206 and didn’t have wifi within our room. I stayed at Rumi Punku for a few nights prior (an equivalent hotel) and the wifi was exceptional. Travellers want wifi in their rooms. I would stay elsewhere purely on this. - bath plug leaks.

Pros: Very beautiful facilities with traditional touch, friendly and helpful staff. The room was very artistic and very comfortable and spacious.
Cons: Lack of heating except from 18.00-22.00pm. I understand that this is a policy across most hotels in Cuzco and the staff was also very helpful in providing standalone electrical heaters. The breakfast could do with a little more variety as well.

The staff at reception are wonderful and so helpful!
Pros: It’s a cosy, boutique hotel. Very centrally located to the main square. We wanted help with storing our luggage on 2 occasions which the team were very happy to help with. On the second occasion they even delivered our bag to the airport as we had a connecting flight. Amazing customer service experience! Love the team at reception!
Cons: Only very small feedback was that the shower in our room on the 2nd room had low pressure. We stayed in the 1st floor on our return leg which was perfect!
