Pros: Great location. Helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good room service. This hotel did everything right.

Pros: Amazing location, friendly staff and very welcoming attitude. I arrived to a different Tierra Viva hotel, but staff offered to exchange stay for this place to avoid walking in rain :)

Fabulous hotel, staff and location

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful with any of our needs. We stayed three times over our stay in Cusco and they stored our luggage each time. Breakfast was fabulous and location was a short walk to the main plaza and the main markets. Rooms were clean and comfortable with a great shower.

Pros: Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Hotel was walking distance to the main square.

Perfect place for my acclimatisation and for visiting the city

Pros: It was the perfect place for me to spend my acclimatisation days before hiking in the area. The room was very clean and it felt new. Huge and comfortable bed. The laundry service was quick and convenient.

Cons: It’s in a busy part of town so it can get a bit noisy in some nights if there’s events going on. My room was facing the street so I could hear some noisy. It wasn’t too bad though

Great stay in Cusco

Pros: Large rooms, lovely courtyard, very kind and helpful staff, best breakfast I had in Peru!

Cons: Our room only had a tiny window so it was dark, some additional lamps would be helpful.

Cons: Unfortunately we had a room with no window and the internet in the room inconsistent .

8 days in Cusco

Pros: Luckily we had a bigger room size, probably because we stayed for 8 nights in Cusco. Good location, 5 min walk to the San Pedro train Station and to Plaza del Arma. Quiet room, comfortable beds and clean rooms.

Cons: Breakfast was oridnary, we stayed in a Viva Tierra in Puno and had more choice, they gave the possibility to order every morning. Also the Hotel booked us a Taxi to Pick us up from the train station in Cusco that never showed up, that was disapointing.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great, close to the main square and the amenities nearby (ie. laundry). The rooms were nice and spacious!

Cons: The Hotel only provides you with 1bottle of water per day. I wish they had potable water to fill waterbottles.
