Pros: Hot Shower! Dinner! The owner will arrange Bag transfer for a fee.

Cons: Need to wait for the Hot Shower. Need to be sure and ask the Guesthouse owner when is the best time to use the Hot Shower. No Soap

Pros: This place was like a jungle oasis. After trudging over the Salkantay Pass for what seemed like an eternity, this hostel appeared like a mirage upon the horizon. As we drew what felt like our last breaths, we were welcomed into this beautiful place like long lost kin. The showers were warm, the beds insanely comfortable and the food light but hearty.

Cons: One of the shower doors wouldn’t shut, but nothing a little ingenuity could not overcome

Pros: Host Sr Goyo was cheerful and responsive. He tracked down our bags. We were hiking and he made sure we had a safe and prompt start to a day affected by adverse conditions (landslides). The food was good.

Very pleasant stay in the mountains!

Pros: Nice room and facilities with breakfast, dinner and hot shower included for a very reasonable price! The location of the hostel overlooking the village of Chaullay is perfect as well.

Cons: Apart from the staff’s basic knowledge of English and a rather simple breakfast and dinner, everything was perfect!

Pros: Basic accommodation right next to the Salkantay trek. Nice sandwiches for hiking. Warm showers (even though one was cold when the gas ran out while showering)

Pros: Loved it! One of the first hostels in the village after a long 22km hiking day. Nice rooms with big windows, towels for free, nice dinner and breakfast and a proper shower. You can also buy sandwiches for the next hiking day. The booking.com-price included also the dinner, not only breakfast. 100% recommend!

Pros: good price for what you get. Simple, but everything necessary availablec also hot shower

Cons: I did the Salkantay Trek on my own. They made me sit completely alone at a table in the corner of the room, while the 2 big groups sat on a table together. not very thoughtful

Pros: L’emplacement est top. Les chambres sont super sympas et le personnel est adorable (bonus pour la cuisine qui est super bonne !!)

Cons: Si il y avait un point négatif à donner c’est le matelas qui est un peu vieux (creux au milieu)
