Supertramp Hostel Machupicchu

Pros: Very private spacious beds. There are big lockers in the room. You only need a padlock and a key. Bathroom and toilet are in the room too which is very cozy at night. It's the cheapest option and quality is good.

Cons: It's on the very top of the town. It's not far from the train but you'll have to climb upstairs a lot.

A place for travelers

Pros: A good hotel with good value for money and a comfortable rooftop terrace. Lia is very attentive and cares deeply about her guests

Cons: Breakfast is simple, but for the price I don't think you can find better in the area.

Pros: Hot shower, nice staff, curtains in the bed which gives privacy, great breakfast and fast WiFi.

Cons: The only thing that was a little annoying is the loud music coming from downstairs until after 10 pm. Even with earplugs, I could still hear it and I had to wake up at 5 so that was a little tough.

Pros: I had an amazing stay here! Highly recommend and would stay again! Every staff member was amazing, super friendly and helpful (sorry i forgot your names!!). The rooms were clean, comfy beds and hot water too.

Pros: Comfortable beds. Only 4 per room plus had a curtain so private + not too noisy.

Cons: In the back and upper bit of AC so you have to walk up to it but the town is tiny so not far

Cozy capsule bed

Pros: Agua Calientes is not a big town , so you can walk to everywhere. This hostel is on the top hill and around 300 metres from the ministry of culture (the place for buying Machu Picchu tickets) but it is super close to the hot spring (30 soles for entrance fee) This dorm room includes 1 shower and 1 toilet.I like their capsule bed which has curtain and light . So I got my own private space and I could read during the nigh. The bed is super comfy! There is some space where you can sit around only on the first floor. I am not sure if they have a washing area but I saw a hanging clothes area.

Cons: It will be great if they can put a bathmat inside the shower room because everywhere is wet .

Really nice place to stay

Pros: Good rooms and facilities. Staff was very accommodating with our requests. We really enjoyed our stay, good location near the hot springs. Its a really small town.

Cons: The check in process was a bit difficult but the staff stepped in to help out

Pros: Breakfast service starts from 4:30am, great service if you need to take the early bus to Machu Picchu

Great stay here

Pros: I like the curtains on the bunks, the bar below the hostel was good. The staff were great and super nice and informative. They went above and beyond.

Cons: The rooms windows open up above the reception and the sounds echoes quite loudly into the rooms.
