Pros: Jorge is a great host! A highlight of the trip to meet real real locals

Great stay with nice views and host.

Pros: Had great 2 nights in Jorge house. He and his family are great hosts, you will feel like at home. It is located close to the main square, you've got to climb a bit but view is great from the house. They offer breakfast but as I've had trips starting early I couldn't try it, so Jorge offered me great dinner. Actually trips was organised with help of his son Luis, both were great and with decent price. Keep in mind that Cusco is on high altitude so it might be cooler during the night, even if few layers of bedsheets are provided some people still might feel bit cold (I wasn't). Highly recommended!

warm, welcoming, and authentic hostel with awesome views

Pros: jorge is a warm and welcoming host who even stayed up until past midnight for me as my flight arrived late. he made different breakfast every morning. the view is stunning, as the hostel is up on a hill (many steps tho!). i loved the authenticity and simplicity of wichana wasi, and the warm atmosphere with which jorge and his wife treated me. when i left for a few days to do the salkantay trek, they looked after my luggage and made sure that my stuff awaited me in my room when i returned. it's very calm up there, i slept well. and jorge uses the income for charity as they are looking after abandoned kids.

Pros: Jorge and his family are lovely. The view from his house to Cusco city is spectacular! Jorge and his family always helps me with travel tips and having hot water etc. Room and the bed is warm. Wifi works well and fast. Beautiful humble family!

Cons: Bathroom and toilet are downstairs. Can be inconvenient during the night.

Pros: Lovely family running the place, beautiful views of Cusco. Different types of breakfast every day. Lots of steps to get to the property, ideal for altitude adaptation

Cons: The only toilet / shower is downstairs, far from the top room

It is a great place to stay in Cusco.

Pros: I liked the locatiin very much. It has the most beautiful view of the cathedral and the main square surounded by the mountains. Jorge and his wife were very hospitable and he prepared a good and filling breakfast for me every morning. I also booked some tours through their son. They where reasonable priced and good. I would stay here again if I come back to Cusco.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Todo en mi estadía fue excelente. Los anfitriones son maravillosos. Jorgito es una persona de buen corazón que está feliz de ayudar y hacer que te sientas cómodo.

Une famille adorable, riche en partage et discussions!

Pros: La famille très accueillante avec qui j'ai partagé beaucoup de choses! Ils ont été vraiment trèèèèès très gentil, un plaisir!

Cons: Le matelas de mon lit était vraiment en mauvais état, il mériterait d'être changé! (L'accueil familial compense ce petit bémol!)

Pros: Diese Unterkunft ist etwas für Kenner, fast ein Homestay. Liebevolle Gastgeber und ein fantastischer Ausblick. Hier wird auch Quechua gesprochen. Außerdem gibt es viele Infos für einen quick Start in Cusco, wenn man möchte.

Cons: Es gibt ein paar Hürden für dieses Kleinod. Sehr viele Treppen, keine Heizung auch bei kalten Nächten und etwas durchgelegen Betten.

Pros: It was my second time staying here, and it still feels like home. Amazing hosts, nice breakfast, and a nice neighborhood with great views of the city.
