Amazing customer service :)

Pros: Such friendly and welcoming staff. Answered any questions we had. They were able to accommodate us at very last minute after a terrible experience at another property. When i come back to Cusco I will be staying here!! Thanks so much :)

Stayed three nights

Pros: Very cheap, and therefore great value for money. Staff was very helpful. Stayed three nights.

Cons: Lack of heating made the room very cold. Barely hot water in the shower. Rooms were far from sound proof, but you can't really expect more when paying 15$ a night.

Cons: Jajaja, todo bien, solo que la lluvia y la pendientes del bello Cusco hacían que resbalosos, Jajaja, buena aventura.

Pros: La verdad que está bastante bien al precio que me costó, me hicieron el favor darme un cafecito. Me quedé con ganas de probar el desayuno pero por la excursión no me dio tiempo.

Cons: No veo necesario buscarle una pega por el precio que pague.

Cons: Los tiempos para dejar habilitadas las habitaciones, siendo que el check in lo realizamos por la noche y ya estaban reservadas las habitaciones. En general súper bien

Pros: La struttura si trova in un' ottima posizione vicina al centro pur tuttavia in una zona tranquilla e facilmente accessibile. Le camere sono ampie e pulite ed anche il bagno ben comodo. Il personale molto accogliente e gentile, pronto a risolvere ogni richiesta. Consigliato per soggiorno a Cusco.
