Highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Cusco

Pros: From beginning to end, the accommodation host Erick ensured our stay was comfortable and all our needs were met. We were contacted via Whatsapp the day prior to check-in and were offered to have a taxi organized for us to pick us up at the Cusco airport and bring us directly to the location. Erick was very kind and responsive throughout, helping us organize transportation multiple times for us to go on excursions. He also facilitated laundry, packed breakfasts for early departures, answered all our inquiries in a timely manner. Overall the responsiveness and friendliness of the host was exceptional and made us feel welcome and supported. The location of this accommodation is also excellent, steps away from a multitude of fantastic restaurants and shops in the San Blas neighbourhood of Cusco.

Cons: No complaints

Great

Pros: It's a nice place not far from the center. The hotel is located a little above the center and there is a goog view of the city. The street near the hotel has almost no passing cars. So it's a quiet place. Erick speaks English and he's always ready to help. Our room was comfortable enough. There was a heater in the room but we hardly used it because it wasn't that cold.

Pros: La struttura si trova nella parte alta di Cusco, a meno di 15 min da Plaza de Armas. Colazione buona, ricca, e con una vista bellissima! L’host è stato molto gentile e accomodante. Camera molto carina, letti comodi e Smart tv. Faceva leggermente freddo ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare una stufetta che ha aiutato molto. Consigliato!

Pros: Trata-se de um espaço aconchegante, bastante agradável e de bom atendimento. Ótimo custo-benefício! Menção especial ao Erick, sempre muito solícito e eficiente

Belle vue

Pros: Dans le centre historique, très belle vue de la salle à manger, thé et feuilles de coca à disposition ainsi que wifi, savons, shampoing et serviettes

Cons: Lits un peu durs, salle de bain privative mais extérieur à la chambre et qu’on ne peux pas fermer à clef, dommage la chambre avec aucune vue alors que celle avec belle vue ne semblait pas prise, on avait prévenu qu’on devait partir très tôt le matin mais le staff n’a pas pu nous prévoir une box à emporter pour un matin, et après avoir batailler nous avons fini par en avoir une le matin suivant

Atendimento impecável do Jhonatan e um hotel aconchegante com uma vista de tirar o fôlego.

Pros: O acolhimento do Jhonatan, proprietário do hotel, foi excelente: sempre disponível, atencioso e pronto para ajudar em qualquer situação. O hotel é extremamente aconchegante e confortável, e a vista proporcionada pela sacada é simplesmente sensacional.

Cons: O banheiro é pequeno, mas nada que incomode.

Pros: The location was super safe. The host was hospitable and messaged us throughout our stay to ensure we were okay. Also arranged a taxi for us both ways.

Cons: Cold water in the morning, lol but if you take a shower in the evening the shower was warmer. Not really something I didn't like but something to consider, stairs to get here.

One of my best accommodations so far using booking.com. Fresh and clean bed sheet and friendly owner, Erick.

Pros: Clean space, fresh bed sheets and free coffee/hot water.

El mejor de se categoría

Pros: Nos encantó el lugar, la habitación muy bien equipada y limpia cuentan con calefactor el agua caliente funciona bien, el desayuno es bueno y suficiente para empezar el día, la calidad y la atención supero nuestras espectativa, definitivamente volveríamos.

Buena ubicación y acogedor

Pros: La ubicación es excelente, en el barrio de San Blas. Una zona tranquila y con comercios cercanos. Solo no lo recomendaría para personas con movilidad reducida ya que los vehículos pueden llegar hasta unos 100m del alojamiento. Las camas son muy cómodas y abrigadas. Y las habitaciones cuentan con calefactor y tv.

Cons: El baño es bastante chico y se moja mucho al usar la ducha.
