Close to perfect

Pros: Good beds, modern, nice and clean room with good sizes, equipment, netflix and free water (at least the executive/premium rooms), lovely breakfast, friedly hosts, well located. We even got a room upgrade.

Great location, peaceful but close to action

Pros: The location was excellent and well surrounded by numerous shops and restaurants and just a short walk to the historic centre. The staff were great and looked after our bags while we did an Amazon trek and gave us a breakfast pack to take with us as we left quite early. The bed was also very comfortable and we had a very peaceful sleep. We booked 2 rooms - we had a double room (207) which had an external window but only looked out into a school over the road. The bedside lamps provided no light whatsoever and we couldn’t use the bathroom light for reading as the fan was too noisy. We also booked a twin room (203) for our nephew who had a great view of the plaza and huge amount of space. Both were very well furnished and decorated and there was plentiful access to purified water. One of the nicest places we stayed in Peru - highly recommended

Cons: Just the lighting in our room for late night reading but aside from that it was a great stay

Excellent staff, lovely breakfast comfortable beds

Pros: Super location, just up the hill from the square, staff were so accommodating.

Pros: Spacious room, very clean with good wifi. Shower pressure was great. Breakfast was also fabulous and substantial. The front desk helped us arrange laundry which was very helpful and also let us store our bags until our night bus. Definitely recommend.

Nice accommodation in Cusco

Pros: It's really cute and nicely decorated. Very quiet which is not that easy to find

Cons: The room we had was very small. We only had a window over the corridor so no fresh air coming in.

Pros: Really liked the place, nice staff, good breakfast, very central. Be careful though with the smallest room available. This one is really tiny and has no real window (only to the hallway), which we were not aware of. Otherwise can recommend to stay here!

FANTASTIC!

Pros: The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully renovated. The manager (Wilburg) was absolutely incredible — he gave us great recommendations and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible. The location couldn’t be better, with plenty of fantastic spots nearby, and the breakfast was delicious! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone — truly an amazing stay!

A comfortable stay with wonderful hospitality

Pros: Wilbert was extremely helpful and always willing to provide information whenever we needed it. The room was spotless, modern, and spacious, with a bright atmosphere and large bathroom. Breakfast was great — instead of a buffet, you can choose from several options on the menu. The pancake I ordered was delicious!

Cons: No negative points — we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The location is amazing, right at the corner of Plaza San Blas. The stuff is super kind and helpful. I stayed only for one night but easily could stay longer, I'm happy to return anytime when I would need accommodation in Cusco again. The rooms are beautifully designed and they were clean. The shower was perfect as well, hot water, good pressure. They were not fully booked and I got a surprise room upgrade which was really kind.

Cons: The rooms and the dining area were cold a bit. But in the room there is a little heater you can use. Also if you sensitive for noise it's handy to have earplugs, as you can hear how people come and go, talk. (The street is quite and the windows are new and not letting in noise from the street.) Also if you sensitive for light as well it's handy to have an eyemask as well, as there are some soft night lights you can't turn of (or at least I didn't find out how to do it.) But overall it is a pleseant stay.

Pros: Wilbert the manager was amazing, he made us feel right at home, giving advice on great restaurants, helping us with taxis giving us a history of the region and its customs. The breakfast was good. The location was great .... a 5 minute walk to Cusco centre. I would definately go back! Many thanks Wilbert for everything.
