ALU Apartments - Miraflores

Pros: Very modern apartment with lots of space for a family. Very comfortable beds and near new bathrooms. Great central location on the main road in Miraflores with lots of shops around.

A place worth staying in

Pros: A spacious apartment in a great location. Full of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Quite easy to find a parking spot. Safe to walk around the area and find everything you need, cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and pharmacies within walking distance. Safe building, easy to access, and easy to communicate with the host to help in case you need anything.

ALU APPARTAMENTO

Pros: Amazing location!! You are walking distance from kenedy Park where all the restaurants and local shopping are located. At the bottom of the apartment, you have some restaurants, ice cream shops, and a 24/7 mini mart called Listo that has any last-minute things you need. The area is extremely safe. I also really liked that there was a 24/7 concierge service that added to the security. The apartment itself was beautiful. We had a great view from the dining table. All amenities were available. From tv, washing machine, AC , kitchenette, etc.... I also really liked that there was great communication with the owner. Anything we needed extra towels blanket ect. We always had a quick response, which was very nice. Next time I come back to peru, I will definalty be coming back. I 100% recommend staying here.

Pros: Good location and convenient. The apt. met my needs.

Cons: You can here the street traffic as the apt. is not very soundproof.

Lovely apartment, great location, superb staff

Pros: The apartment was nice and comfortable. Good size. Great location. Large and comfortable bed. Value for money is excellent for this standard of property and location. Kitchen had the basics needed for cooking, plenty of pots and pans, cutlery, crockery etc. Staff are superb: very friendly, speedy responses to solve any query/issue, did our washing for us, couldn’t do enough for you.

Cons: Despite the excellent staff in this hotel, I think it is important to leave a fully honest review of our experience for other travellers. So there were a few things in the apartment for which we had to rate down slightly. First and foremost, the bathroom has a bit of a nasty smell. We had to keep the door closed at all times to keep it out of the apartment. I think there is something wrong with the plumbing. Second, there were small ants in the kitchen when we were preparing meals. Third, there are no basic condiments. Just basic things like salt and pepper/oil/tea and coffee/sugar would have been nice so that we didn’t have to buy lots for a short stay. Lastly and only a small thing, the bin was full of plastic bottles and cigarette packets when we arrived. They sorted this instantly and were very apologetic upon messaging though so have not rated down for this.

Pros: The environment is tidy, the view is broad, the kitchen is fully equipped, there is a washing machine, and USB sockets, very convenient!

The owners/hosts were very responsive. Very helpful.

Pros: Check in and receiving the key from the security guard took about 30 seconds. Very easy and straightforward.

Pros: Everything was smooth and fast, the host was always reachable and efficient, the personal was very kind and helpful. 10/10

Pros: Muy limpio, cómodo, tal como aparece en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario, muy buenas instalaciones

Pros: Being in the hospitality business myself. You couldn't ask for a better place. If your in Lima for any reason. This is the place to stay. 💯 For sure. I'll stay there from now on. Thanks to all the staff for making my vacation phenomenal 😁
