Pros: We absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect. Good location, central and quiet. The room was super comfortable, and the hot shower and daily fresh towels were very pleasant!

Lovely place to stay - would be perfect in warm weather.

Pros: Good breakfast with lots of choice. Spotlessly clean and spacious rooms. Coca tea available 24 hours. All the staff were great, and Valentina on the front desk was particularly helpful as we had various questions about activities during our stay. Beautiful garden.

Cons: The rooms were rather cold and the heating only came on a couple of times a day. The communal and breakfast rooms were also cold.

Great warm, quiet stay in Cuzco.

Pros: Rooms were warm (centralized heating in the evening and early morning) and it was very quiet and peaceful, as the hotel is on a secondary street accesssible only to pedestrians (note: you do need to walk uphill or stairs to access).

Wonderful hotel in a great location!

Pros: Great hotel in an excellent location with real ambiance. Clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Very nice breakfast. We made this our home away from home in Cusco.

Hidden gem near the plaza

Pros: Location is great and the place looks like a resort very calm and relaxing. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful (we had the chance to leave our luggage for one night while we were in Aguas Calientes) and there is the chance at all hours to have a cup of tea (mint or coca) to bring even to your room. All rooms have a good view on the internal garden.

Cons: Wifi isn't great in the room (for example on my phone was ok but on my friend's phone really didn't work). Another thing that is good to note before booking this place is that is placed on the top of a set of stairs however the staff can help you with the luggage if you need help. This said I would definitely book here again :)
