Pros: Las personas que atendían siempre fueron muy amables! No sentí tanto frío y la habitación estaba bien, tiene muy buen tamaño, se siente un ambiente de hogar. Tiene muy buena ubicación, es a una cuadra de la plaza de armas, muy recomendado por esto. El agua de la ducha no tenía tanta presión, pero calentaba bien, en general todo estuvo muy bien, el último día hablé con ellos para salir un poco más tarde de la hora del check out y sin problema.

Cons: Los desayunos, podrían tener ya listo un desayuno para viajeros, se sabe que los tours salen muy temprano y no hay nadie despierto, podrían tener algo preparado o una pequeña ‘reserva’ en la cocina, un sanduche, una fruta, barrita de cereal… que cuadren mejor este tema.

Excelente lugar para quedarse

Pros: Viajé sola por primera vez y fue con destino a Perú, el lugar está ubicado en una zona muy buena para quienes van a hacer tours durante su estadía, muy cerca de la Plaza y muy central. La atención de todos fue excelente, muy amables y pendientes de lo que necesitaba. El desayuno espectacular y el cuarto muy cómodo.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta, el personal muy amable, me sentí cómoda y segura. No tuve inconvenientes con el agua caliente en mi habitación, ni la comodidad de mi cama. Es mi primera vez hospedándome sola en Cusco y fue completamente satisfactorio. Regresaría sobre todo por Luna, una linda perrita que me recibió al llegar a la estancia.
