Pros: Cosy, very clean room, comfortable bed/pillows (with a hot water bottle at night ๐) . Lovely staff. Quiet but good location close to the action in San Blas. Felt very secure at night.

Pros: The staff really made the difference, everyone was kind and super welcoming! The beds are huge and cozy
Cons: A bit more care towards some small aspects would have made the experince better. The first room we've been into had a skylight right above the bed, with no curtain, made it difficult to sleep past 5am Despite other reviews, Breakfast was nothing special, coffee was cold, not a lot of variety of food.

Pros: Super friendly staff, great breakfast, and quiet, comfortable room.
Cons: The place is located up the hill, so it requires quite a bit of climbing at the end of the day.

Cons: Rather dark room, breakfast could have been a little more (very tasty though)

Overall, really enjoyed my stay, and would recommend this hotel to others.
Pros: Breakfast was good. Had option of cooked eggs and or bread with cheese and meat, fruit yogurt, fresh fruit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfortable, with heater, great bed, bright and colourful. Shower was good - hot Good security with gates to road kept locked, but quickly opened by staff when requested. Good value for money.
Cons: Bedside lights would be better. There were none in my room. Septic smell in room was not pleasant, expecially in lower level rooms. While close to the plaza, the steps are physically challenging, especially for first day at altitude. For inexperienced travellers trying to deal with altitude adjustment, San Blas, while quaint, is probably not the ideal choice. Streets are very narrow - When I left my room for the airport, my taxi was delayed in laneways by other vehicles, which made timing a little stressful. While this is not a fault with the hotel, travellers may appreciate this knowledge for time-sensitive matters.

Pros: Hot shower, spacious room, near city center. Good price, flexible check in time. Staff also was able to arrange airport transfer.
Cons: A bit cold in the room and loud neighbors, but that was not the hotels fault (just noisy guests)

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable stay just minutes (uphill) from the town center!
Pros: This was a quiet comfortable oasis in the bustling city of cusco. We had come from Aguas Calientes after staying in a very loud hotel and were sooo happy to check in at Hotel Kuska and find a gorgeous clean room and big comfy bed for a few days while we nursed our altitude sickness. This location was also perfect and peaceful, uphill a bit from the center which always got us huffing and puffing. But we could get to the main plaza in 10 minutes and stay situated in a quiet street of San Blas near plenty of restaurants and bars.
Cons: Nothing!
