Quiet place in the centre of a noisy city

Pros: Very homely thanks to the friendly and helpful owners. The room was a decent size and even had a fridge. The house is in a dead end alley and very quiet, no passing traffic or pedestrians but still within easy walking distance to the central square. Breakfast was simple but good.

Cons: The water is turned off at night and hot water for the shower is only available during a couple of hours during the day. It didn't bother me personally but if having a warm shower at any given time is your thing....

Wonderful and homely guesthouse in great location in Cusco

Pros: We stayed at Naty’s Guest House twice and had a great experience both times. The rooms were cozy and beds were comfortable with warm bedding. The owners are really welcoming and friendly and made us feel at home straight away by giving us a coca tea on arrival. The daily breakfast was great with coffee, juice, bread, eggs (fried or scrambled) and jam. The location is fantastic with a central location to the historic centre, but located on a quiet (but safe) street so no street noise. They also arranged an airport pick up for us as we were arriving late which was great. Wifi worked well for Peruvian standards. Daily room clean was nice after a long stay. They stored our luggage for free and kept a room reserved for us when we got back from our trek, which was really nice. We could pay with credit card with a 5% fee which was helpful so we didn’t have to use our cash on arrival.

Cons: The showers were sometimes not consistently hot particularly in the night time they would fluctuate from hot/cold.

Pros: Naty & her husband were extremely kind and helpful. Made it easy and reassuring for us to leave our bags as we went on a couple of different tours. Location is good, a short walk from the main square with an excellent coffee shop (three monkeys) very close by

Central location, quiet, lovely host, great value for money

Pros: Naty's Guesthouse is a home away from home. Nary and Valerio welcomed us heartfelt. Valerio gave us useful information abpot Cusco, he speaks excellent English. What we loved most was the central location. Just 5 Min. Walk to Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants are nearby. You find everything. From fancy cafes to local restaurants serving lunch for 6-7 soles incl. soup and drink. Even if it the GH is so central, it is in a super quiet road. We slept like babies. We would definitely book again. Thanks, Naty and Valerio.

Pros: The room is very comfy and clean, hot water always. The hostes were very gentle. You get keys to your room and to the front dor, so you can go out and come back anytime you want.the room has no windows, but since i was alone and it was really cold, it was ok for me. 5 min walk to the main places and restaurants

Cons: I booked for a double bed, but when i got there, they gave me a room with three single bed. It was my decision not to complain since i was really tired and the room was also comfy. The only thing i think they should improve is the front desk light, since the light is always turned off and it is really dark.

Pros: Naty's was our home base as we traveled around Cusco. The guest house has all you need, and Naty makes extra effort to ensure your stay is wonderful.

A great deal in the perfect location

Pros: Naty's is in the perfect location... close to everything but no loud street noises as it is tucked away. Beds are warm and cozy, and the staff are amazing. They were so accommodating from offering pick up at the airport to storing our luggage while we traveled to Machu Picchu. .

Perfect hostel that is fully equiped, with friendly owners and cheap

Pros: De hostel owners helped with everything they could: from reservering tours and taxi's up to facilitating our stay for some more days when I got sick. Everything was there and the price was more than affordable.

Amazing place to stay in Cusco

Pros: We had an amazing stay at Naty's ! She and Valerio were very helpful with planning of tours, and flexible regarding the arrival and checkout times. Would 100% recommend this place to anybody coming to Cusco !
