A perfect choice for a stay in Cusco

Pros: The location was great - about a 7-minute walk from the central plaza. The walk is slightly uphill, but nothing difficult. Breakfast was included and perfectly fine, with a standard selection compared to the other places we stayed. The room was very comfortable and spacious, and the hotel itself was spotless and charming inside. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay in a historic building

Pros: Breakfast was included and decent. They prepared packed breakfast to go for the days when we had early tours. The rooms were nice and well maintained for a building that seems quite old and historic. The inner patio is very cute and very well kept, service was excellent.

Cons: There's no key for the gates, which mean it's necessary to ring everytime you arrive or leave. Just a minor inconvenience, but the reception was staffed around the clock so it wasn't a problem.

Cosy stay in Cusco

Pros: Cozy two-level family room, hotel in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The location is perfect - just a short walk from both the Plaza de Armas and the San Blas district. Each morning started with a delicious Peruvian breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and friendly. Great to have laundry service after our trek to Machu Picchu! We initially booked for three nights, but loved it so much that we asked to extend our stay for another three nights after our trek. Even though the calendar showed it was fully booked, the team made it possible to accommodate us. Grateful they made it happen!

Comfortable and friendly stay.

Pros: Bedroom was great for 3 people, beds comfortable, and warm. Bathroom, clean, hot water, clean towels and additional toiletries. Hotel staff friendly, helped with laundry and booking airport taxi.

Cons: Everything was great. Nothing to dislike.

Pros: It's a tiny boutique hotel quite central in cusco and such a sweet staff ! Stayed there thrice on a recent visit to the area in three different rooms all Great! Good breakfast too !

Cons: Quite a few stairs so accessibility is limited!!

Very friendly staff and excellent location

Pros: The staff was extremely friendly, I had issues with the elevation and they were very helpful in providing support. Coca tea is also available 24/7, which was great. The heater was also great for the cold nights. There was also a very sweet cat in the hallway when we arrived :)

Cons: The shower was a bit tricky and didn’t hold the hot water for long
