Spacious clean stay - great value for money!

Pros: Check-in process is easy. When we arrived the staff did not speak any English but we were able to easily get by! Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was fast and great!

Cons: Our room was the first room from the reception area so we could sometimes hear conversations outside. There was also a giant step into the bathroom which was a bit scary when we did not notice it in our first use. It got very cold at night but we got by with many blankets provided with the bedding.

Pros: El personal es muy hospitalario, la ubicación está súper buena y en relación calidad-precio está súper bueno para ser un hostel! Lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados, es mi segunda vez alojándome aquí en Cusco y seguiría escogiéndolo! 10/10. Además, quiero destacar la limpieza y eficacia, antes de hacer los tours correspondientes, nos regalaron unos snacks en una bolsa para llevarlo en la van (teniendo en consideración que los tours inician súper temprano) se dieron la molestia de dejarlo listo para cuando nos fuésemos. Gracias!! Solo recuerdo el nombre de Sarita, pero en general, todos son lo máximo y eficientes.

Pros: Fica perto de tudo. E a poucos minutos da praça principal da cidade, nem usamos uber ou taxi, fizemos tudo a pé... A cama e confortável, funcionarios gentis.

Cons: Hospedaram a gente em um quarto enorme com duas camas, fomos fazer um passeio e dormimos fora, quando chegamos tinham trocado a gente de quarto sem avisar, achei muito desagradável. Se eu pudesse escolher novamente não pegaria café da manhã, tem muita opção proxima e com mais variedade...
