Pros: I search for special hotels in Peru and indeed the Wifala design is so unique and the breakfast was Wow. They polished every small detail

Cons: It is isolated so you better came with companion or good book as me Note that the rode is very bompy and you need to ask for taxi that work with the hotel

Great place to relax and disconnect

Pros: The design, the architecture is pretty unique. The staff truly made a difference, from Milagros in the reception to Patty in the restaurant. The food and presentation were excellent. I had not slept so well in months!

Teletubbies come to play

Pros: We loved absolutely everything! from the moment the round door opened, revealing the incredible interior, our jaws dropped and we just didn't want to leave. very helpful and friendly staff who always join in helping with serving meals, be it in the dining room or in the garden. Absolutely amazing meals, lunch and dinner! They helped us organise day tours which were brilliant. Every corner and area you look at, simply takes your breath away. Love, love, love

Cons: What's there not to love?!?!?! Superb. We did know in advance the pool isn't heated, it would've been nice if it was, but didn't affect our stay.

Pros: Breakfast was very limited, for example, only one small cup of coffee included. Why? At our much simpler and cheaper hotel in Lima breafast was a buffet, and you can take as much as you want from everything.

Cons: The hotel is beautiful and amazing, but it is very hard to get to. The road was not appropriate for the car we rented. If you want your Hotel to be accessible, you should have the road paved! You also should mention in your website, the issue of the road because what if we had tried to come in a taxi from Cusco? The driver may have rightfully refused to drive up the road... Also, what is the point of having and opening your pool when the water is cold? And the Jacuzzi is empty..

Cons: the jacuzzi when i was there was not working and the water of the swimming pool was too cold so I had to book an outside they experience, I hope they solve it because if they fix that detail the place is just amazing.
