Pros: Ubicado en el barrio coqueto de Surco está a unos 4 kilómetros del parque Kennedy. Hay buena conexión de buses. Las instalaciones son impecables. El personal es muy atento.

Pros: La comodidad que hay dentro de las habitaciones, sire acondicionado y el espacio justo

Cons: La unica observación era solo estética, la puerta del baño que era solo un cerrojo que cumplia con su trabajo pero no sintonizaba con lo demas

Will definitely book the hotel again

Pros: The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Kiara who was very forthcoming to help out with delivery of laundry on time with short notice, rental cars and general advice. The prices were very affordable.

Cons: The WiFi is not secure and sometimes has intermittent issues with connectivity in the 2 corner rooms outside the reception. The hotel staff arranged another room for me quickly with a stronger connection. The payment did not complete on booking.com but I received an email with a successful reservation. Later the hotel offered to send a payment link. Overall the chat via WhatsApp was very helpful and timely to resolve the payment issues.

Tranquila y agradable

Pros: Es un hotel sencillo y tranquilo. El personal está siempre cerca para cualquier requerimiento. Lo que ofrece es adecuado al precio de la estadía.

Cons: Al no poder procesar el pago de la tarjeta mediante booking, me llegó un mensaje de que se cancelaría la reserva. Al contactar al hotel, me pasaron un link de pago y se solucinó. Estaría bueno que se contactaran antes de generar esos inconvenientes.
